How to Balance a Healthy Lifestyle

* Eat a healthy diet: Visit http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

* Get enough of sleep: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night should give you the energy you need to get you through your busy day!

*Exercise: Walk to the store, ride your bike to work, or take the stairs at school. Every bit helps!

*personal time: Take time out for yourself each and every day to meditate, take a bath, read a juicy novel, or do anything that makes you happy!

*Get a massage: It relaxes your mind and body :)

*Vitamins: Make your daily multivitamin fun by taking Flintstones or Gummies!
Safety Precautions: Wear your seat belt, wear sunscreen, look both ways before crossing the street, and put down that cigarette!

*Annual Check-ups: Dentist appointments and doctor's appointments are essential!

*Socialize: Make new friends, hangout and watch a movie or go out to eat.

*Service: For you and the people you'll serve

*sunshine: Vitamin D is important but make sure you wear sunscreen when you are outside.

*Nature: Hiking, biking, kayaking, snowboarding...anything that gets you out doors feeds your soul.
